Here’s Zealicious joined the CMT Broodmare herd in the spring of 2023. Zara as we call her, is a Graded Stakes Placed, NY Bred mare, who earned nearly half a million dollars in her racing days, racing from 2012 – 2015, and was ranked 20th in the country in 2013!
Her sire is the Graded Stakes Winning stallion, Here’s Zealous and her dam is Spruce Goose by the Multiple Graded Stakes winning stallion Pine Bluff, who won the Preakness Stakes, Rebel Stakes, Arkansas Derby, Champagne Stakes and many others.
Zara is booked to Cross Traffic for 2024. Cross Traffic is a Graded Stakes Winning Stallion and the leading 6th crop sire based on Grade 1 Winners! We are thrilled to have acquired Zara and are very excited for this upcoming breeding!
